Why HC Info?
Since 2001, thousands of professionals have gone through Legionella and water management training provided by HC Info, including facilities management personnel, water treatment specialists, infection preventionists, health department personnel, industrial hygienists, engineers, and consultants.
From 2001 to 2011, HC Info provided more than 30 classroom courses on Legionella prevention in the United States and 5 other countries including classes hosted by a South African environmental health agency in Johannesburg, the US Navy in San Diego, NSF in Ann Arbor, and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers in Boston. HC Info also presented private training events for prestigious hospitals and large resorts.
Why online courses?
In 2012, we transitioned entirely to online courses, allowing professionals to focus on topics that impact their jobs the most. Online courses allow us to provide the detailed, practical information that professionals want and need to do their jobs well and advance their careers.
For example, an industrial hygienist or consultant providing sampling services greatly benefits from the 400 series courses on sampling. Someone setting up a water management plan appreciates the practical details outlined in Course 103, on site surveys. With online courses, students also pay less, avoid travel, and take the training on their own schedule and pace.
“Passed the [ASSE 12080] exam on the first try! I found the HC Info course material very relevant, helpful, and added to my knowledge base.”
