Our site uses web forms to collect names, email addresses, and other contact information for the purpose of sending information requested, information about webinars, articles, and events, and promotional emails about our products.
Our site and LAMPS application also includes an order form for customers to purchase our products. We collect customers’ contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send information about the transaction, product ordered, and our company. The information is also used to contact the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services. For one of our publication products, customers are directed to other sites (amazon.com and smashwords.com) for ordering. HC Information Resources is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or the content of such websites.
Further, as part of configuring and maintaining water management plans and analytics in our LAMPS cloud application, we collect water system and building information, test results, and other customer information entered into the database.
None of this data or customer information is ever sold to a third party. It is only used for our internal business purposes and the customer’s building water management.
