Job Opening: Software Engineer – Remote

HC Info is the provider of “LAMPS,” an award-winning SaaS application used to reduce the risk of disease caused by harmful bacteria in the water systems of large buildings like hospitals and hotels. Building management personnel, water treatment specialists, consultants, and health department personnel use LAMPS for water management plans, data analytics, and training.

We are based in Seattle. All our team members work remotely. To satisfy the rules for Azure Government cloud hosting, this position is open only to US-based US citizens.

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to help us with MS Azure, application maintenance and upgrades, API development, and integrations. You would work remotely, communicating online as needed with our two other software engineers, software support and testing specialists, and CEO.

This position can be either part-time or full time.

4+ years’ experience in most of the following is required:

• .Net 4.8 Framework with VB and C#
• ASP.Net (Web Forms)
• SQL Queries
• Stored Procedures
• Layered Architecture
• Github
• .Net Core API
• Azure CLI
• Azure Function Apps/Queue/Blob Storage

Experience with the following would be a plus:

• Machine learning in Azure
• IIS 8+ config/hosting
• Windows Server 2016+
• CICD Configuration
• Team City
• Octopus Deploy
• Load Balancers
• Front end technologies and platforms (HTML/CSS/JS)

This role could evolve and expand as the company scales, especially for someone who has had success leading teams or business operations.
