Job Opening: LAMPS Support and Customer Experience Specialist

Overview
We are looking for a talented superstar to join our amazing team as an independent (1099) contractor, primarily to provide email and phone support for LAMPS, our proprietary cloud application for water management plans and training.

Hours
Monday – Saturday as needed, on a flexible schedule

Primary Responsibilities
•    Respond promptly to customer support and sales inquiries about LAMPS
•    Resolve issues immediately or forward them to another team member for same-day resolution
•    Provide information about LAMPS content and subscriptions
•    Process orders in LAMPS

Qualifications required
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Experience with computer software applications
•    Friendly and helpful attitude
•    Ability to learn new software quickly
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to clearly explain steps and concepts to our customers

Public health, science, or engineering education or experience would be helpful but is not necessary.
