have three options:
Classroom training: A
half day, full day, or two-day
program taught at the location of your choice.
Live
Internet presentation: Even if
your employees are located in many parts of the world, they can simultaneously participate in
this live, interactive training without leaving their homes or offices. They
will watch a slide presentation on their computers while listening to the
instructor by telephone.
Outside North America, we can schedule the seminar so that’s convenient for your
time zone, and provide Internet-audio rather than
telephone-audio to eliminate long distance telephone expense.
Live
audio presentation:
If some of your employees do not have Internet access, we can provide an
audio-only seminar. The participants
simply follow along in a manual while
listening to the instructor by telephone. If you have a small group in the same
location, you can just place a speaker phone on a conference table. Otherwise
the participants can listen and interact on separate telephone lines.
